1. What if there is a problem with an item in the bag?

We will gladly refund you if you are not satisfied with specific items in your delivery! This refund will be applied to your account. Or, we can add something else to your next bag for free. Email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

2. How do I put my subscription on hold?

Follow these simple steps! :

1. Go to the Field Goods website. 

2. Click on MY ACCOUNT. 

3. Sign in.

4. Click on the fourth tab to the right that says "Delivery Hold" under the "Subscription" area. 

5. Specify the dates you would like to place your bag on hold.

6. Click Save. 

You can make this change between the day after your usual pick-up day and the upcoming Monday. For example, if you are signed up for a Thursday delivery, you can enter in your delivery hold(s) on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Your account balance will be carried over to the next scheduled delivery. 

3. Why did I receive a newsletter when my subscription was on hold or cancelled?

We send In The Bag newsletters to all subscribers (present and past). If you would like to permanently stop receiving the newsletter click unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter.

4. How do I cancel a subscription? 

Email us at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  with your cancellation notice and effective date. Cancellations must be made by the end of the day on the Monday of the week of your next delivery. You will receive a refund for any funds in your account.

5. How do I add to my subscription? 

If you are interested in adding an herbs and alliums, bread or extra fruit subscription, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to the Field Goods website.

2. Click on MY ACCOUNT.

3. Sign in.

4. Click on the words "change subscription" located at the bottom of the green box to the right labeled "summary". 

5. Click "Add" next to whatever you would like to add.

6. Click "Save and Close" at the bottom of the page when you are finished. 

You can make this change between the day after your usual pick-up day and the upcoming Monday. For example, if you are signed up for a Thursday delivery, you can add to your subscription Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. 

6. How do I change the size of my fruit and vegetable subscription?

7.  How can I set up a pick-up site for my office? 

Easy! Email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We generally need a group of at least 5 subscribers, depending on the location, to set up a new drop-off site. All we need is a climate-controlled location (ie. not outside in the blazing heat) to leave the bags for pick-up.

8. What if didn’t pick up my delivery?

Depending on your pick-up site, your bag may or may not still be at the location after the designated pick-up time. If a bag is left, it is usually donated, given to someone else at the location or tossed.  Your pick-up site is not responsible for holding on to your bag.

9. When does my subscription start and end during the year? 

Whenever you want it to!  We deliver all year.

10. I tried to make an order, but the website says the store is closed- what do I do?

This means that you cannot order for this week’s delivery. Try again between the day after your usual pick-up day and the upcoming Monday. For example, if you are signed up for a Thursday delivery, you can order in the store Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. 

11. How do I change my payment information?

1. Go to the Field Goods website. 

2. Click on MY ACCOUNT.

3. Sign in.

4. Click “Make Payment” in the blue box across from the word “Subscription”.

5. Under “Select Payment Amount”, click “Change payment Option”.

6. Under “How would you like to pay?”, select the method you would like to use.

7. Click “Continue”.

8. Fill out the new information required, then click “Pay Now”.
