Roasted Garlic Green Beans

Green beans, while seemingly common are actually a great and underestimated health food. String beans are rich in antioxidants, including vitamin C, manganese and beta-carotene, which provide a direct benefit to our heart health. Green beans are also high in vitamin K, a nutrient imperative to the blood clotting process and to supporting healthy bones.


1 bag Field Goods Frozen Green Beans (defrosted)
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Olive Oil
2 teaspoons White Balsamic Vinegar
*Salt & Pepper, to taste


Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread green beans and garlic on lined baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar, stir gently.
Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.
Roast in oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned on edges.
