Cauliflower Rice

Cauliflower rice can be used in place of traditional rice. You can also add it to soups, try adding it to our lentil vegetable soup from Joe’s Kitchen at Screamin’ Ridge Farm. Fresh cauliflower rice can be frozen, just put in a zippered bag and freeze.

Portabella Mushrooms

KITCHEN TIPS:
