This week we have fresh cauliflower rice. All the rage among the low-carb crowd as an alternative to rice and pasta, it’s also incredibly versatile. You can whip up a dinner or side dish by combining with sautéed vegetables and adding spices or cheese. Really busy? Just sauté with olive oil for 3 to 5 minutes and you are good to go.
